These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ckr4 online gaming platform, including all services, products, games, promotions, and features available at ckr4.bet. • Notify ckr4 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your contact information promptly if any details change.
• Use only your own bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account for deposits and withdrawals — third-party payment methods are not permitted.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our commitment to a safe platform, ckr4 operates a KYC verification process. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification to verify your identity and confirm the ownership of any payment method linked to your account. General Bonus Conditions

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game they choose to play before wagering real money.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ckr4 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action where applicable: using automated software (bots, scripts, or any non-human interaction tool) to play or place bets; exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain; engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing; and attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.

Bet Settlement and Disputes

All bets are settled according to the official results of the relevant event or game outcome. In the event of a technical error during gameplay that affects the outcome of a bet, ckr4 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes. Disputes arising from bet settlement must be raised with customer support within 72 hours of the event. ckr4's decision on all settled bets is final.

• Live in-play bets are subject to real-time odds that may change before confirmation. Confirmed bets stand.
• In the event of a match abandonment or cancellation, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned in full.

The ckr4 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of ckr4. Unauthorized use of any ckr4 trademark in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with ckr4 is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ckr4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure. ckr4's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the calendar month in which the claim arose.

ckr4 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons, without incurring liability to you.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

ckr4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including fraudulent or dishonest conduct.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading personal or payment information during registration or KYC verification.

• Suspected or confirmed involvement in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity connected to the use of ckr4.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to pursue resolution through a mutually agreed mediation process before initiating any formal legal proceedings. ckr4's final decisions on matters of account standing, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility are binding subject to any applicable appeals process.
